Pro :
- Audio is good, moreover the sound effects
- Decent gun customizations, better than the older Metro, but look at second Con point
- Great NPC scripts/conversations, sometimes making you laugh
- Enemy human soldiers move fluidly like how human should've evaded
- Child voice is ... I only met one, it's at least a decent one
- Good atmosphere and unique setting, but sorry, I gave up midway, so I can't explain more! <<

Con :
- I gave up because the map system is crap, you can't see some icons due to a lot of things overlapping
- Chemical (mainly for making Medkit for me) is to scarce even for normal difficulty, so you can't even have so much freedom to use it on various things such as cleaning your guns for the effectiveness,
- Compass is crappy a lot of times, hard to find the main objective
- If you don't properly manage your resources, there is a chance to get you soft-locked with instant deaths depending on how bad you are managing it
- Enemy mutants are too fast sometimes you can't outrun and there's no option to instantly evade with correct timing (such as evading the demon's grab by lying down or something)

- my viewer said sound of bell is creepy (just joke)

I bought the pack with 6-stars pack thing in it but I didn't get it.
