May 17th: Sony still hasn't unrestricted the countries where PSN is not available, and has added more while only unrestricting USA territories. This is disingenuous in regards to fully walking back the PSN requirement. [Switching Negative]

May 6th: Sony backed down on the PSN requirments, via twitter, though it still remains to see what the next patch will do. [Switching Positive]

May 3rd: Okay, so now everyone is being forced to make a PSN account by the end of the month, in order to continue to play. Apparently it will override your steam name in game too, and due to PSN requiring unique names, most people will be forced to use a different name. Also, PSN isn't available in all countries. In any case, forcing the change now is unwanted. [Switching Negative]

April 30th: The recent patch (1.0.300) added a new issue where the game freezes for 5+ seconds, which causes a disconnect from an online game, and this has happened multiple times in one match too, often while approaching dropship to extract. May be a shader issue, as shaders where modified for this patch?

March 17th: Crashes rarely, I still don't like the anti-cheat, but the game is fun enough for me to overlook the issues. The 'premium' content is easy enough to buy in-game, if you don't waste the free currency on cosmetics, though you will still have to grind a bit too much to actually unlock said content. [Switching Positive]

Feb 27th: Gameguard whitelisted/stopped blocking Sunshine, so may update review after actually playing. Still unhappy about the invasive anti-cheat.

Feb 23rd: Anti-cheat prevented me from playing with a Moonlight/Sunshine setup. It just disabled all remote input, where the system only has remote input. [Initial Negative]

Early Access Review
Pretty good so far, as an early access game.

Definitely needs more background music tracks though, currently only one, and it has been stuck in my head for days since playing.

I've heard this game being compared to Stardew Valley, but Graveyard Keeper has no real challenge to it due to the lack of any time constraints.

Crops need no attention once planted and will wait forever to be harvested. NPCs will wait forever for you to finish their tasks. If you miss doing your sermon, you could sleep all week to get to the next one with no penalty, and also no penalty for death though it is hard to die. Dead bodies do decay, though you'll have ways to prevent this by the time you need good quality bodies.

It is still fun for what it is, a laid back and kinda grindy game, just not challenging.

If you haven't gotten this yet, do so! Great fun and in my opinion worth the full price, but all the better on sale!

It isn't a hard game as far as it goes, but one can have lots of fun rebuilding the worlds in their image. Redirect lava flows, make natural lakes and waterfalls, and the last level is a sandbox mode with even more powerful tools.

I found this game to be great fun, though it took a long time to get above 99% completion. This could be considered a plus as there is always more stuff to blow up and destroy, if only to relax and get away from the pvp stress for a while~

Before the pay-only DLC released, you could get by without paying a dime if you were patient. Since the DLC locked out game content that cannot be bought with earned enery, a lot of people have quit. It didn't help that the DLC rewards were OP, and that it won't be the last pay-only DLC, no doubt.

It costs $5 for a chest, 8 slots of extra storage space, and you'll need it unless you want to go collect more gear each time you die or change class. You only get 1 out of 20 storage chests to start, and I quit playing as soon as I checked how much it would be for a few more... Kinda fun game but overpriced, don't bother getting into it. :/

OMG this thing was terrible! The gameplay was laggy, abilities were unresponsive, graphics were ugly, and the interface was no good either~ The toted 'socal aspect' is useless if the game itself is so bad. If you want to play a game like this that is free but actually good, go get League of Legends. It isn't on steam anymore, but you can google it easy enough.

I got this game when it first came out. It was worth it then, and they have since added even more content!

I suspect you may have to have some programming knowledge to enjoy the game, or perhaps pick some up as you go along, but even if you are a master programmer then this game will challage you greatly as well. It is like programming on a microprocessor with severely limited memory that serves as both storage for instructions and state information, but two pages. You'll have to make good use of recursive state-based programming techniques to get stuff done.

Personally, I find additional enjoyment in coming up with the most optimised solutions as well, in either time taken or number of instructions used, to beat the curve shown for all users~
