I often recruit from old dead regimental steam groups. Recruiting is like tard rangling sometimes, I suggest only putting in as much effort as the recruit themselves. Someone who takes a lot of effort to recruit is going to be a ♥♥♥♥ recruit anyway. I dumped a whole hour of effort into someone once, then the recruit just slipped through my fingers. The most I've gotten is 3 recruits in a single day. Three of my recruits have earned the rank of private, IMO these are the only true members of the RR I've recruited.
