I used voice_enable 0 everygame. I might be a jerk but it helps me focus in the game and no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I got to LE playing only voice_enable 0. Yes, sometimes i might be a jerk, but i'm always more focused on the game itself. I don't hear calls but i keep track of my teams colors and where they died so i know what's going on. Also, minimap. Then you keep track of your team money to see if they need a drop and it's all good. BTW your team will still listen to you while voice enable is set to 0 so you can give calls. The thing is teams might Tilt you (in my case anyways) or they might say ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when you're clutching or fight against each other and you can't hear footsteps. To those who have some of these issues i recommend givin' it a try. It might help.
