Amazing. The only thing that would make it better is a level editor for infinite content.

Helldivers 2 is the most fun I've had with a video game in years. Moment to moment gameplay is compelling enough on it's own but when you pair that with the grand interactive narratives coming out of the galactic war and a constant feed of new content from the warbonds then you get something truly special.

I'm going to be playing Helldivers 2 for a long time. You should too.

The most balanced BR on the scene right now. Perfect mix of Halo style arcade-y fun and sweaty COD lobbies. Consistent new content drops keeps each season feeling fresh. Servers can be a bit unstable at times, but other than that it's a solid, fun shooter. Best played with friends.

A collection of titanic classics. 343 has worked hard over the years to bring this collection up to snuff and it shows. The MCC has saved these games from oblivion and given them each a permanent home. A triumph in video game preservation.

There's the start of something great here. A core of game play that is excellent. But literally every single system wrapped around that core is a half baked attempt to make the game feel more finished than it is. Darktide is an early access game in all but name. Due to the disingenuous marketing of this game as being "complete" I cannot recommend it. Perhaps in a year or two they'll have finally finished the game.

Not since Left 4 Dead has my four player co-op scratch been itched so thoroughly. Deep Rock Galactic takes the best parts of Left 4 Dead and Minecraft and mashes them together into a mad concoction that shouldn't work, but does, brilliantly. Random map generation keeps each game feeling fresh and with a community that seems to be growing by the day (even five years after launch!), you've got the makings of a truly evergreen game. Absolutely exceptional.

Not a video game, its art. an eye opening experience that questions all the conventional assumptions of modern video games. buy it.
