I really wanted to like this game. I was a huge fan of the earlier Sim City games, and after they ruined the latest incarnation, I've been looking for a game to jump to.

Unfortunately, Cities in Motion 2 just isn't all that fun. There was nothing there that hooked me into the game, and got me trying to jump to the next step. I think the main problem is that you just start with an already-complete city and have to add transport to it. That just feels too much like *work*, rather than building up your own city in the style you like, which is *play*.
