You have to post a link to your steam profile. If you are in a browser, just click your avatar in right upper corner of the screen, that way you will get to your profile page and now just copy the url of the page and paste it as an answer.

If you are in the Steam application, click your avatar in the right upper corner and choose "Select my profile" (or however it's called in your language). You will see your profile page, then click right mouse button anywhere on this page and select "Copy url of this page" in the dropdown menu.

If you are in the Steam application on your Android phone, click your avatar in right upper corner, select "View profile", click 3-dots at the top of the page (next to Community), select "Share" option, there you will see a button to copy your profile page URL
