Opening the store crashes my game... to the point where it wont even reboot, even in safe mode. Not even uninstalling and re-installing the game fixes this.
I suppose that's what happens when you copy/paste the code of the game since CoD:Ghosts.. lol

Phenomenal game so far! Can't wait to see the additions to be brought to the game from the developers! Highly recommend, but it IS version 1 - so it is buggy.

Horrible. This is just ark ported (I say ported but it's literally just copy&pasted) into a newer unreal engine, absolutely zero work done to fix anything and actually more ♥♥♥♥ is broken. You can't host your own dedicated server because customizing the .ini's pretty much do nothing but break the game.

Essentially they took a turd, spent a week making said turd shiny, and released it (and somehow made it worse).

On top of all of this, apparently this is now your Ark 2, and what was Ark 2 is essentially becoming a campaign. Sold separately. (What happened to those who owned and bought all ASE getting the upgrade and dlc for free?).

All DLC's from ASE, will be re-released and Yes, purchased separately (or via the exact same S1/2 passes.) And there's nothing different. Dunno why they have to wait to release, we know they're just copy/pasting the content/assets into Unreal. Honestly, wow, what a way to really milk your playerbase.

Greedy greedy company, zero developmental skills (no bug fixes). I got it for free and wish I could refund it.


I'll give it a solid -4/10 rating. Avoid this game and honestly the company (snail & Wildcard) like the plague.

Icarus is by far one of the best survival games I have played in an extremely long time. It's quite possibly the most slept on game out there as well. Fantastic game, and weekly free content additions.. You can really feel the passion behind the development of this game.
Some people are marking that it isn't worth the price ($34.99) which I think it's actually very reasonable.. Especially when you have games like ark ($44.99 + Paid DLC's and Season passes), Icarus has free content, with optional (strictly voluntary, meaning the base/core game can be played and enjoyed WITHOUT it).
The graphics are great, and the boot options contain Dx11 and Dx12 - with Raytracing (I keep it off).

Also note: It's better played with friends for sure! But that's not to say you can't solo it.

Highly recommend the game to anyone interested in the genre.

This is probably the worst call of duty released since infinite warfare/advanced warfare. Release feels like it was just copy/pasted from previous cod's, the movment is absolutely sluggish even with a fine tuned mouse profile. Matches are flooded with AI so you're out of ammo after killing 4 people (it takes that many bullets) and come to find out, 0 of them are players... so none counted toward your streak. Now you're a red blip on everyone's radar because you shot pistol yeilding AI.

This entire game in a nutshell is an absolute dumpster fire. Wtf happened to cod?

Also, there are already cheats in the game. But that's no surprise, how else are we gonna keep these big content creators in the top tier? God knows they wont touch a LAN tourney! Whitelist and unbannable, keep racking in the $$$ for Activision.

I discovered DCS from youtubing "best flight simulator" literally. I found DCS was on steam, and really enjoyed the flight dynamics of everything. The research put into each module (aircraft) is extensive, and makes the Simulator really enjoyable, and they are developed with input from real world pilots that flew the aircraft. Maps are made with integrated satellite imagry, and hand-mapping. On top of that the game has simplified controls that will make the game more of a "game" rather than a hardcore simulator. (G-effects, unlimited fuel, birdstrikes etc.)
This Simulator is best played in VR, or with TrackIR at a minimum.. Being able to look over your shoulder is pretty crucial, especially when doing a gun-run in an A-10 or guns only dogfighting in an F/A-18.

All in all, 10/10.

This game is extremely fun. There are a few bugs but nothing that majorly altars the gameplay though, other than being able to fly on trees which I find amusing :D
Easily, Stranded Deep is one of the games in my steam library that I can find myself losing 6 hours of my day into. (I got it yesterday and already put in 9.8 Hours) The game is my new favorite to say the least. The physics are pretty good, and the graphics are really good. I look forward to the future updates, to what they put in the game.
