10/10. Fromsoft, as always, sets the standard for the gaming industry of what a "DLC" can and should be. I have spent 40 hours exploring the new area added and fighting bosses in this and have barely scratched the scratched the surface. If you like base Elden Ring, buying this is not a question

A beautiful and actually challenging game. Buy it.

I was hooked from the very first opening cutscene. I have absolutely no issues with any aspect of this game. If you want a retro style game with a modern feel, that will make you feel danger the whole way through, then I can't recommend this enough.

This game has one of the greatest soundtracks of any game I have ever played, which is not an easy accomplishment.
Also for a title with pixel graphics and created with Gamemaker Studio, it is one of the most visually stunning games I have played in a long time. It is a huge slap in the face to people who think that only more "realistic" visuals can be beautiful looking. It is vibrant and colorful and lively.

I will also say that this is one of the most difficult games I have ever played. The combat is very unforgiving, and if you aren't focusing and staying on your toes, you will die many many many times. There is no tutorial, hand holding, or tips on how to defeat enemies. It is you and your sword versus the world. You pick up a few abilities along the way that help, but you mostly have to rely on your own skill. You can't really say that about many games that are released these days.

If you're a Legend of Zelda fan (I am a huge one), this is my number one recommendation to you.

I absolutely love love love this game. I played it so much on my N64.
Runs great on my computer, but for some reason I just can't get the controls to work well

After lots of tweaking I finally figured out a controller setup that would be playable. It is a major hassle because you can't edit control settings while in game. You have to exit to the main menu every time you want to make an adjustment.
Despite this, the game is still one of my favorites. Once you get the controls down its a blast to play through

This visual novel is extremely well done. The art is far beyond amazing and the story too. The music that plays with the story is well done, and is surpisingly catchy.
I've encountered very few translation mix ups on occasion, but nothing too diffcult to get past.
I can see myself playing through this one many more times.
Buy it and you won't regret it!
