This is easily my favorite city builder around. I've finally completed every scenario in the game. There are TONS of scenarios to play. Each mission is long enough to not feel like it has stayed it's welcome. Tropico 5 & 6 do not hold a candle to this game.

This game is actually broken. There is a launch breaking bug if you have a second monitor. If you have a second monitor, it will attempt to open the game on that one. You must click on it, so you hear the music and menu sounds. Press Alt+enter to open the game in window mode. Once I got there, it asked for me to sign into my Live account. It then would not allow me to sign in, due to errors. Thanks Microsoft!

I woke up this morning, and bought the game at full price to support the Dev. Thank you for making such a great sandbox game, the adventures seem limitless, and I will enjoy delving deep into the mechanics.

Poor performance, bowed to the woke mob still with they/them pronouns, gay couples, trans character, and male witches and female wizards. You can't leave mini games once you've started them, wasting your time. My 4070ti can BARELY run this game. Going through doors is basically like going through a delayed loading screens. Only reason I still will continue to play this game is because the story-telling is on par with other HP titles. I will do the bare minimum to actually slog through this leveling system and stupid mini games.

I stand by every word still, even half way through the game. Performance is still god awful.

One of the laziest, and least innovative zombie survival game I could have expected from Sony. They did not improve any game mechanics that they took from other games, and instead, made them worse. The bike feels horrible to drive, even with upgrades. Mob spawn is random, and will ruin a run in a split second. You make the wrong turn, at the wrong speed, and a zombie or wolf will show up and take you off your bike. It takes about 15 full seconds to get up from the stun lock, pick up your bike, and remount it. The bike takes almost three full seconds to get moving. Mind you, you are probably being chased by some horde at that moment, and seconds become minutes in those times. I've gotten to the point where I know when to just give up and get ready for the load screen to reload my save. Don't even get me started with the voice acting in this game either, along with some unskippable scenes.

Great bones of a game. Not really rewarding since there's no real end goal. Just grow your villages to take over the map, and battle the AI. I'm excited to see what will come of this game in 6 months to a year, but for now I can not recommend it. Just too limited with things to do. Will re-review once we get closer to full 1.0 release.

Hundreds of dollars of content locked behind a bare bones base game that is free to play after the fact everyone purchased it. Maxis is long dead, and EA killed it. AAA games can not die faster with their agenda pushing nonsense.

I want to like this game. I hate how hardcore it is. Sure, it's sold that way. Whatever. You can't make a mode where it doesn't autosave after EVERY SINGLE mistake I make? Nah I'm sick of trying this game.
