Review As Of 9/24/23

Review was negative but just like the devs im in damage control.

The devs are just too quirky to keep me mad.
(the bloody qr code rick rolled me)
Servers are semi-working.

(-)Text chat is limited
(-)No game chat
(-)Crowded areas dip fps
(-)The IP(xp) is linked to challenges instead of completing the heist itself

(+)Game runs decently well
(+)Some maps run better then others
(+/-)Game is a grindfest but that tickles a part of my brain
(+)Game is brand new with the support of the devs i do believe most of the issues will be resolved.

The game is fun with friends. The problem is the rough launch. Due to cross play and game-pass causing a huge increase of players the servers were on fire for a 48 hour period.

If you havent played any Payday games before Dont start with this one.
If your a fan and grew up playing Payday The Heist and Payday 2 go for it.
In a day and age where games are $69.99 its nice to see a cheaper game right out the gate
Plus if your on the fence GAMEPASS IS A GREAT WAY TO TRY GAMES

Amazing game, great story, great atmosphere, great music, and lots of content. There are some negatives though, there is bugs and glitches nothing major has happened to me occasional crashing. The game is pretty intensive to run I have 2600x and a gtx 2080 super and im running at almost completely maxed out and at times I still struggle to get a solid 60. The game looks beautiful and even better with rtx enabled (drops my fps by almost 30) Dlss should be enabled by default it increases fps massively and doesn't change the quality visibly if you keep it on quality or balanced. I understand the negative feedback surrounding the game but as someone who didn't really follow the hype train till the end im impressed by the game and i see myself syncing a lot of time into it

Actually pretty fun not as bad as i thought put 14 hours in my first day without any crashes only got kicked out of the server maybe 2 times. Still alittle laggy but they are working on it. If you dont wanna deal with it being slightly broken dont buy it right know wait till it gets more polished. But its on sale and i recomend it for anyone who wants to put alot of time in a game. Not perfect but its fun if you have friends or find some new ones.
