How often have you came across an assassin grappling you from behind while you are cloaked?

i was in a game with an assassin with a name something like zozo.
every single time i was cloaked this other assassin would grapple me from behind like i was wearing a neon pink sign saying "grab me from behind"

to me it seems a bit fishy, but how often have you guys come across this?
