Fantastic timeless classic CRPG that can be played on a a calculator. One of the greatest games of all time. If you started with BG3 come see where it all began. The amazing backgrounds and isometric perspective make getting used too and even appreciating the graphics a snap. The archaic ruleset is easy to grasp it's just low numbers are good sometimes which can confuse at first. It's on sale frequently and has great replay value as well as the ability to import saves into BG2 which is just as good. There's also mods to customize the rules and add new content when you get bored but want to keep playing. I can't recommend this title strongly enough.

If fortnite and an ARPG had a baby. A BR for people that enjoy customization and tactics beyond gunplay. I hate PUBG and fortnite but find myself really enjoying Realm Royale. There are sweet rpg elements like choosing a class, picking between class skills, crafting legendary weapons and armor, and having to choose what to craft. It runs smoothly and looks nice.

There is also an easily understood ranking system that will be immedatietly familiar to anyone whos played competitive mobas or shooters before. The game has solo, duos and squads and surprisingly in depth options menu for an alpha.

I hope that we won't need a Hi-Rez account in the future, but right now at least it just uses your steam account which is great. Not to mention just being on steam is a plus for me.

My only complaints are no avatar customization for the different classes, and no gender options; but thats probably an alpha thing. Also I would love if the map was sprinkled with PVE mobs too for added chaos, maybe a different mode? Of course thats the rpg'r in me talking. And I would love if there were some sort of leveling system and stat allocation, and a weather system with rain and fog. But its an amazing start for a BR I actually finally enjoy.

It's gotten mutch better latency and hitbox wise with the latest patches and I would disregard any complaints from other reviews concerning that stuff made before July 2018.

It's a slightly lower budget X-com with mechwarriors. If that sounds good to you then you will love this game.

Nothing more needs to be said.

One side note though, this is published by Paradox, and you are required to have an active connection with your paradox account for bonus goodies redemeption and multiplayer. Also considering this is Paradox, expect lots of poor value DLC in the future and the servers to eventually go down with no alternative being put into place.

Gameplay was tedious at times but the story was pretty good and the voice acting was well done. Would recomend picking up on sale.

I always thought clicker games were stupid and weren't real "games". I also hate loot boxes. Yet here I am giving this a thumbs up. Life is funny that way. This is the best "clicker" I've ever played and calling it a "clicker" is almost unfair. You don't really do that much clicking, its all about upgrading your team, strategic formations, use of special ultimate attacks with cooldowns, and theorycrafting party synergies and abilities.

The D&D aspect is mostly window dressing, but it is done well and respects the source material; enough so that if you are a sucker for D&D you will enjoy this much more. Also the loot boxes aren't nearly as horrible or intrusive as I feared, and most importantly you can earn them for free by grinding. Earn them very slowly but thats kind of the point of a clicker anyway, so it's not painful at all.

I do wish there were some tiny element of roleplaying, dialogue options at certain points which could lead to branching levels in a mission for example. But there is some light party banter and story that is decent.

So..yeah I guess pigs can fly and I'm in love with this clicker.

Fantastic Euro-Jank dark and gritty RPG. Very emo and gothic atmosphere. Choices matter with multiple endings. Combat is like clunky dark souls. Fully voiced. If you like games similar to the witcher and dark souls AND you don't mind or even enjoy eurojank, then I highly recommend this game.
