It is absolutely incredible how incompetent Rockstar is with their customers. I had NEVER BEFORE experienced something as troublesome as the simple task of LAUNCHING A GAME. Rockstars "Social Club" makes the game literally unplayable. Those 53 minutes of "playtime" are 53 minutes of me getting the "Social Club" window, repeatedly logging in to get a message saying to reset my password, after resetting my password 3 times in a row. I filed a ticket to their customer support since last year, to get no answer- that's when I refunded the game. I bought it once more during the sale, and with my hopes that it was fixed, I went 18 hours downloading their 84 Gigabytes of garbage, just to get a slap in the face and not even be able to run the damn game. I spent over 3 hours waiting for their live chat, just to get a timeout from their system and having to wait on a "queue" as if they have sooo many other live agents already "working" on their "problems". The ISSUE PERSISTS on their website, on the Rockstar App on the iPhone, on the damn game itself, the problem is EVERYWHERE. There are HUNDREDS of threads online about this same issue, it's INSANE how they have not fixed this problem yet.
