I bought this game with quite high expectations because of all of the great reveiws and the 73/100 metascore rating. I wasnt dissapointed. If your looking for a fun little game to pass buy a few hours then i highly recommend this game. I was lucky and scored this game for a measly 29 cents. Thats pocket change! But after playing through the whole game i can say 3 dollars is actually a low price. Roogoo is easly worth 5 dollars. Theres 45 levels in the game and 2 difficulty levels. Normal and casual. I played half the game in normal then it started to get two difficult so i played the rest of the game in casual. The game took me two hours to complete. I thoughly enjoyed it and i would highly recommend Roogoo.
Even if it is a bit childish.

My inital thought on this game was that I had wasted another 25$ when I was running around the map trying to find my friends but kept dying in the first couple seconds. But once I found them we had a blast! I began to see the effort the developers put into emmersing you in the world you envisioned as a child. But instead of toy plastic T-Rexs you have Real, Scary, and all the more Dangerous Tyrannosaurus Rex. There is nothing more heart pumping then chasing down a T-Rex by stealthing quietly behind it and praying with all your might that it doesnt turn around and just slurp you up with its massive jaws.

All said and done this game is amazing and a really fun blast with friends. I do NOT recommend buying this game if you will have noone to play with because the game is really structured around Player - Player interaction (hence the tribes). It can get quite boring alone.


Also as steam says do NOT buy this game if your not willing to put up with some glitches. The only glitch that i have encountered that I would like to be changed ASAP is the glitch where after you kill something the game decides to reconstruct the player model and it looks alive, even though it isnt.... I have gotten about 5 heart attacks from that glitch.

Due to the amount of effort the team has put into it and the amazing quality of the emersion into the universe I give The Stomping Land a 10/10
