I can try to walk you threw it if you need help. I'm not explaining all the details in a comments section. It's alot to type. Get in touch privately. Took me less than 20 minutes to get the drm out of my game. I've helped a couple dozen people get it out of different games. I can help with any game except Like a Dragon. Your not ready for that yet. Its source code is crazy!
Of course I jest, the bad performance, weid saves and
supposed tediousness of travelling made me lose interest in even pirating it.
I requested a refund because that is to me, a boken system and game. And 70$ is to steep for bs like that. Stong not recommend.
After it's available in a cracked form, regardless of how long that takes, the people who were never going to buy the game anyway will still use a pirated copy.
For my part, I'll wait for it to come out on GOG, in a form where I don't have to be beholden to anyone's server in order to enjoy it. Even if that takes 20 years. People paying for it on Steam don’t own it anyway.
Given the decrease in performance, how many potential customers won't buy it at all? How many customers will refund it after finding out how poorly it runs on their system. At some point the money spent on Denuvo and the money lost in sales has to exceed whatever they'd otherwise be losing to piracy anyway, so what's the point? Denuvo just starts to look like the mob, shaking down the proprietors in their neighborhood for "protection" that wouldn't be needed if the mob wasn't there in the first place.
