Soccer with cars - one of the great combinations since someone thought of mixing vanilla and chocolate. With a ton of customization and a lot of depth to the gameplay (for a premise so easily explained), this game feels like the modern Mario Kart 64 - a fun party game with friends, which is both competitive but fun at the same time.

Versus makes the game worth it. Really fun to play with some friends, infected vs survivors. Overall my feelings towards it are positive, but after a while you really start to feel the limit of the maps/campaigns, and hopefully a future Left 4 Dead 3 will feature more updates.

I was disappointed with both Condition Zero (who wasn't?) and Source, but Global Offensive is the worthy follow-up to 1.6 that we waited for. They've done a good job of keeping the feeling of old CS while still updating it and make it relevant 15 years after it initially came out.
