Classic AoW gameplay (Civ mixed with XCOM) in a sci-fi setting which takes inspiration from Alpha Centauri. If that sounds like a dream game to you, buy this.

North Korea uses this game as an alternative to their concentration camps. The people tend to prefer the camps, though.
