Performs most jobs well and has the habit of checking work outcomes. Zenyo is achieving excellence in some areas but in others is not yet achieving the highest standards. They are a competent writer who reliably produces professional business correspondence and reports free of spelling, grammar and structural mistakes. Smart, and not afraid of unfamiliar topics and new concepts, and shows a good ability to learn and adapt. But it usually takes a session or two before Zenyo will engage in the discussion. Zenyo completes more than 75% but less than 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard.
