me and my buddy sunk 60 hours pretty much over the span of 3 weeks of playing and this game might be one of the most fun games ive played the whole year, if you play this game do it without external information or influence the experience is immaculate. i bought it on discount, but it's a game definitely worth the full price

Alright, so I decided to make a review when I was around the 20's in level. I'm now at the level cap and want to tell people one thing. This game is great. There are certain things that are wrong with the "game" but it's just the players. I'm in the Mindnight discord and saying it's a great community is an understatement. Maybe it is just my experience but new players will probably have problems with being new players, as the game has many "rules" to follow like hacker protocol and the certain logic needed to play the game better, but that just comes with time.

I've invested about 80 hrs by the time of this review and I have more losses as agent and more wins as hacker and my win rate is still positive. The gameplay might be more hacker-skewed in some of the modes, like 7-man or maybe even 5-man, but that just makes the game better in my personal opinion, adding more difficulty to being a proper and succesful agent, and letting hackers do what they do best, make chaos for the agents. The agents do however need to pay attention and be discerning in the chaos to properly find the hackers, but I digress.

It's a social deduction game so take some time and try it out, and even if people are toxic, which I have seen my fair share, don't let it get to you as the more you play the better you'll get. I love this game and would like to see its community flourish, but right now, I'm fine with its small community and being able to find players I've played against the night before or maybe even two days ago. I still wanna see more people play this game though.
