Easily the best horror game ive ever played.

I would love to recommend this game in spite of the lackluster zombies that Call Of Duty has given us the past however many years but this game is definitely not ready to compete. Fundamentally i enjoy this game a lot and i hope it eventually succeeds and surpasses COD, but it still has many flaws. I will preface these by saying I played multiplayer and cannot speak on the single player experience, if that changes my criticisms at all.

1. Performance: you can FEEL the performance on this game. Me and my friends all experienced the game feeling and looking extremely choppy or just general not smooth gameplay when playing this game even with some of us having 150+ frames. Running off a 3070 and 5800x I would expect the gameplay to feel more smooth.
2. Hud/Aesthetics: What I mean more so than aesthetics is just how some information is presented. The hud itself is messy and feels pretty cluttered; simplification could definitely assist a little bit in this aspect. But there are quite a few areas where the visuals are just messy; such as the visual clutter of shooting zombies with pack-a-punch weapons and having a crazy amount of text popping up and cluttering your screen.
3. Engine: Now this one can be seen as more of a preference or nitpick but I'm curious how other people feel about this. The game physics feels like you are a roblox character and not a person in the same way cod made you feel like you have weight. When you jump it just feels like you being teleported higher and then dropping, not like a human dropping. I cant exactly explain it in words other than just saying it doesnt feel like you are a human and it more so feels like you are a roblox or gmod character.

Again I don't dislike this game and I really hope for it to succeed but at the current moment I cant in good faith recommend this game to anyone.

Criminally underrated game, really well made, and incredibly fun to play; especially when considering how low the price is compared to less polished games charging much more. Quite frankly I think the game itself is fantastic and my only wish is it had a comprehensive in-game tutorial that you could playthrough before jumping into the game; thankfully I am playing with someone who has been playing since the early versions that were playable via internet browser otherwise I'd be totally clueless. Regardless the game is really well-crafted and I can easily recommend this game to anyone.
