It builds on and improves the quality of storytelling, visuals and sound design from the first game.
Gameplay is very much the same as the first game.

Never know if the object you're hitting will destroy your car or get mowed down.
At high speeds it's nigh impossible to see what's approaching you.
Directions for races are guidelines at best.
