I had these recurring dreams a few years ago and wanted to know if anyone else had shared these at all. It starts with a long dark hallway with one of those doors with a half frosted glass door. Like, one of those doors with a blurry square window at the top of it. And then it was a room or another hallway. If it was a room, it would be near massive like it was a portal and i had just entered into someones home. But there would also be this weird creature stalking me around. At first, it was just a japanese ghost. Black hair, white dress. Whenever it would catch me, i would wake up but the end goal was always to find another frosted door and whatever was chasing me would go away and the threat would be replaced with whatever was in THIS room. She'd occasionally appear now and then, sometimes in a corridor blocking my view. Sometimes it would be more grotesque though. Think like, Laura from Evil Within.
