The game has been bug ridden, I've reached out to their customer support and social media and I've gotten nowhere with the bugs i bring up, the mass banning that they claim to be manually reviewed but instantly ban people on the spot, and over all the community has ruined the game by abusing the code of the game, glitches, hacks, and bugs making it overall unplayable and its not been enjoyable seeing people complain and being ignored when people are begging Amazon Game Studio to look into bugs or fixing them and they're looking past normal players and only aiding their more popular streamers and content creators instead of proving that everyone should be on an equal ground and showing that using bugs and cheats is against their rules but they'd rather ban a client side mini map that help players locate merchants and materials that already show up on the map or compass. I've been well dissatisfied with how they've gone about this game and developing it especially when the community has been told and promised that the first 2 months were going to be dedicated to quality of life and bug fixes and we've hardly seen that unless its been asked for by streamers.

Edit: With more news of this game its not consumer friendly, if you really want this game i highly recommend looking else where. When it comes to developing avoid Amazon Games since they've shown on many occasions that they dont know what they're doing when it comes to listening to majority of community, Manual reviews, or bug fixes with how fast it took for money dupes and invulnerability bugs to come back after they were recently patched out. I'd never say that the price paid for this game is worth it with how horrible not just the game is but the customer service is and development.
