Early Access Disclaimer for when this "Review" was typed. Definitely worth a look for what they have already released. I am looking forward to how this game turns out as more content gets released. The characters are nicely designed, it hits that right balance of challenge at the start, and I really like the music.

I don't have much to say, but I agree with the people who put their money into this game and want it all back. This is just wrong.

Doesn't need many words. Good game. Solid remake. Fun. Looking forward to the next installments, and hoping other games in the series get a chance to come to Steam. Especially VII, VIII, IX, and X.

Fun little side game in the Dragon Quest series. Story is interesting and gives insight into some of the things referenced in Dragon Quest XI, but isn't necessary to play to know what's going on. Loads of treasures that reference characters, items and locations from prior Dragon Quest games. The combat was probably the weakest element of the game to me, but that's personal preference more than anything.

The music, art, characters, and gameplay are all fairly good.

Plenty to do, music is good, you can get away with not killing most of the time, and it has Keanu Reeves. Some stuff still needs fixed, and other stuff needs unfixed.

This is a very interesting game. Tutorial is decent, but doesn't cover everything you need to know for the challenges. You will have to either experiment or look at other sources of information like Youtube for how certain things work. On the subject of challenges, there is no option to hide objectives completed in the Sandbox Challenges that I could find, but your star progress is saved. That out of the way, the amount of things you can make and program is insane. Cars, Rockets, Submarines, Boats, Radios, Robots, etc... If you have the know-how, you can make just about anything. Personal favorite thing about the game is that we get to use explosives. Can't increase explosion radius of individual bombs, but you can cluster a whole bunch together. Incoherent rambling over.

*This improperly constructed and unprofessional review is from someone who has nostalgia glasses for the previous games* Good game. Definitely better with friends. Not 1:1 with the Japanese Version, but that's fine. There is some grind, but that can be mitigated to an extent. Basically, don't expect to be able to get to Level Cap in a day without some serious commitment. There have been some Quality of Life improvements since initial release. It's good to take some time to learn the mechanics such as dodging and blocking. Half-Scape Dolls (single use self revives) will be your friend. I'd also suggest taking some time to watch some videos on Youtube to learn about the various classes and their mechanics, as well as maybe some things that can help you with the game in general. I'd also suggest playing through the Story Episodes so that you can get some of the small rewards and enjoy the lore. There are bugs and bots. Unfortunate nature of MMO's. Also, be wary because Symbol Art that some players use does tend cross into the "Adults Only" territory, so it might be a good idea to disable that option if you have kids or anyone sensitive to that kind of thing around.

Overall a marked improvement over the original. No more needs to be said.

Keeping it simple. Good gameplay, Devs actively involved in the community, lots to do, and you don't need to spend any money. Can get tedious at times, but that's any game with a Crafting Mechanic.
