If you ever removed the ladder from the swimming pool in the SIMs, then this game is for you.

Building mechanic is still in need of some work but it is usable. I hope they fix that in the future, but i'm really enjoying this game.

I had 30 hours into this game in the first 3 days that I owned it. 26 of that was from the first 2 days.


It's got the first person shooter element down, the ship customization down, the freedom to be a good or bad person down, and the occasional person warping into the floor that we've grown to love with bathesda games.


The companions are pretty great. They're not bg3 great, but this isn't bg3. This is starfield, where you can be a space pirate, and live as an outlaw.

the outpost creation is INSANE and is bordering on satisfactory levels of automation.

These guys wanted to make a game that people could play for the next 10 years and they have definitely succeeded.

If it's this good now, I cannot wait for the modding community to sink their claws into it. Imagine if star citizen was playable and had ship customization, and npcs, and a story, and a company that can actually deliver on a product without crazy scope creep, and you have Starfield.


9/10 - It's amazing but it also has the occasional bathesda charm.

Best space survival sim you can play.

I really love this, however I wish weapons / armor updated on your character when you equipped them. kind of immersion breaking :(

Great story line, pleasant to grind as well.

Funny and crazy characters. absolutely worth playing... for hundreds of hours.

IF Lego racer and Mad Max had a baby, You'd get this game.

truly a controller capable of being used to control any mouse and keyboard application. the right track pad took an hour or so to get comfortable with, ( almost no time, considering how much time we spend on our games, lets be honest)
