Unfortunately not, the language via radio always remains in Russian in our case. Only the subtitles and text are in English, and I would not know of any way to change this.

So with 800 hours I would no longer call you a ARMA beginner ;).
In my opinion, it may depend on whether you already have some of the mods you need, in which case I would go for the corresponding variant. If you don't have any of the required mods yet, try the normal Red Hammer (RHS) variant first and if you don't like something (models, weapons etc..), try the Cold War Rearmed³ variant.
Overall, it's a matter of personal preference.
