*Born from Jewish Parents, in the small town of Ofakim, Southern area of Israel.

*Joined the IDF with 18yo to serve the 2 years obligatory service, ended up staying after, making the Sayeret Matkal training program and ending it a few months before joining the "CTRG".

*Mr. Winter was recomended by a US Military Advisor in Tel Aviv, after the 2014 security crisis in Israel, where he even got a medal and was putted to test during the 2016 US-Israel exercise; Accepting the invite to the "CTRG" a few months after!

*He was given a Team Leading role with the recently assemble Bravo Team, with 5 other Operators from 5 different countries, they all trained together for an whole year before the first true Operation.

-Mental Exam by US Army's Psychologist "Gravec":

*He presented to us almost 4 hours before the Mental Test, letting us to believe that Mr. Steve have either an anxiety problem or just don't give chance to being late on stuff... nevertheless, he shown'd a very good sense of judgment, a good reading skill regarding others team mates.

*Also presented an interest to learning Arabic; which we find... interesting, considering that he is Jewish and a Israeli Citizen; we tried to push him to talk about it a bit further, but only got a "It's related to a friend." and he went quiet after it. (Note: I should ask him about it on a later evaluation!)

*Mr. Winter has also develop a very good friendship with CPL. Ivanovitch quite quickly, on which both shared a common interest in Learning History.

*The training on sea, saw a rather anxious reaction from Mr. Winter, of which he only stated the fear of deep water, but said it's no problem to future operations.

*Had a good friendship with CPT. "Rorex" and Lt. "Selva" from Charlie Team back in the day.

-Steve C. Winter on last night's Army Cerimony, was Promoted to the Rank of Captain; by Comendation of Col. Redi.

-He also got permission from Logistics High Command to get an Israeli TAR Assault Rifle, but, payed with his own money and is to bypass inspection by the Logistic Team.

-Cpt. Steve agreed to the terms.
