Tiefling Warlock (while trying to hear gossip): "Does my tail give me advantage on performance checks?"

The DM (me): "What? Why would it?"

Tiefling: "Well, y'know, it's like a second ♥♥♥♥ right?"

Half-Orc Paladin (who ordered a medium-well steak and received it well-done): "I want to start a Crusade against the elves."

Me: "The elves are apologizing profusely and are offering a new steak for free!"

Paladin (flipping the table): "It's TOO LATE FOR THAT!"

Dwarf Cleric (picking up the unconcious halfling bard): "Can I toss him in my backpack?"

Me: "I mean... He's light enough. Sure."

Cleric (literally throwing him into the pack): "There you go, little buddy. Right next to the copy of Mein Kampf and the severed goblin ass."
