Maybe it was procedural generated, I'm not sure, there's not a lot of information. But all I had were time trials, and the Daisuke parking area with people starting at 3K Rep after being told to avoid people with high rep (0 vs 3000 is a lot).

While the game looks great and sounds great, plays great but-

The actual player experience could be better. Starting outside the garage and being told you're in debt-getting a time trial in front of you with no GPS instructions (took me fifteen minutes to realize that I was going the wrong way) and then NOT receiving any payout at the end is disheartening. I feel like I wasted an hour.

I'll wait for the full release if/when it comes out. Otherwise, first impressions were style over substance. Might give it another go, but I swear Drift City played better and that game was from the 2000s.

Like that one Racing Duck Trainer flash game grew up in a loving home and became everything it wanted.

As an enjoyer of weird indie games (Donut County, Genital Jousting, etc) this fits right in. Art design is impeccable, very cute.

10/10, would be better if you could test your mic in game.

Otherwise, for the price of an ice cream, you get hours of entertainment.

Fun game. Movement is slick.

"Why is this game so difficult?" You might ask.
"I can't kill this boss." They might say.
"This fight is unbalanced." Some might complain.

Great design, gameplay, art, and storytelling. Marred by the publishing company or a corporate suit telling the studio to push it out once gameplay was adequate.

Best of class for any sort of lovecraftian game with fishing involved. Though there is a certain point in the story where you can tell that development had to be wrapped up and we are given what I would consider three fourths instead of the whole, delicious eldritch sushi boat.

That is not to say it wasn't a good meal. But you still want that last quarter. It's most likely a result of today's game publishing environment needing to finish development. At $25 it is more than a fair price for a game that is this novel, and engrossing in it's fun and design albeit short.

Although, would have paid double if they gave the developers more time to give me that last slice if all the zones felt as complete as the first few.

Probably one of the best written games with humor, funny gameplay, and a great life lesson at the end.

Charming, while the voice-overs can do some work there are a lot of gags and throwbacks to games and lore that Gibbous was inspired from. Beautiful art. Lovecraftian, but for everybody not just for people who like their cosmic horror.

Solid 9/10. Some puzzles are not that obvious, and the voice acting can be better. But a definite love letter to point and click games and the Lovecraftian genre and it shows.

Passed the vibe check with flying colors.

Lil Nas X is overtuned.
