I hate this stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. Relative to modern shooters it is worse in about every aspect imaginable. 50% of the time no matter what your trust factor is you will get put in a game with a cheater, and you can't do anything but get an ass whooping for 40 minutes or abandon the match and get a competitive ban. What's worse is the fact that they have removed bots from competitive for LITERALLY no reason so an enemy team has no insentive to kick their cheater. That is, if they could even kick them. Not even an hour ago I was against a queue where 3 people were partied together blatantly walling and bhop scripting on mirage. My entire team played the game dead silent not even shooting at people most of the time. This game has been on a downwards slope for years and now genuinely makes me want to go back to source and/or 1.6. If you want to play this game competitively then you have to do it through a 3rd party org who will most likely pay for you to have a reasonable experience. At that point you may be thinking, this game should be alright now right? Wrong. High level faceit is mostly full of closet cheaters who play the game to win tournament money. This game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ far into the abyss that I don't even see how Valve can fix it. They finally made it where you have to pay for prime now. That must be a step in the right direction right? Sure, but the hundreds of thousands of free accounts who got to level 21 using cheats got grandfathered in. I really hope Valve can salvage this game because they are doing so little over so long (and boy do I mean so so so long).
