I have Five rules and THREE of them are memes
1) Common courtesy. Its ok to be blunt. Its your right to have an opinion and I wont try to change it.
But if your gonna treat me differently, you should really tell me why as soon as it happens.
I cant fix problems I dont know about and honesty changes everything. Id appreciate a fair trial.

2) If for any reason I have a serious problem and its going to effect how I treat you, I feel its your right to a
fair trial. I will tell you, and youl have a chance to correct it, correct ME, or explain it.
In my presence, no one will be crucified for something that they could still fix on the spot.
