The games not finished yet but still has a lot of gameplay through the first year definitely recommend if you like stardew valley as its similar but has a lot of its own spunk and mechanics it also reminded me a little of animal crossing

This is the first review I have ever left on a game on steam in my 8ish years of playing things on it. This game is a beautiful, fast paced experience with a plethora of playing styles even with the few classes at your disposal to play. It harnesses the raw power of the beating of dragon wings and the panic of being beaten up by fire blasts and flame. It should be one of the better free games I have ever had the pleasure of trying out.

Unfortunately, this couldn't be further than the truth. And below I will describe why.

As of writing this, I have 1.2 hours of game time in Century: Age of Ashes. In that hour I experience some of the most unbalanced teams and horrid match making in any game ever. And I'm a LoL player, so this game is BAD. It's as if Shaq himself was beating you over the head with a basketball while telling you "yo-mama jokes". It is the equivalent to playing 1v1 versus Wayne Gretzky... Without a stick or skates. It would be on par with boxing Mohammad Ali while being blind folded, having your hands tied behind your back, and constantly having your mouth filled with fire ants.

Granted, I have heard this game gets better after reaching lvl 10 and being able to play ranked, which supposedly has a better matchmaking system, though to have a better system would have to mean that quick play has a matchmaking system at all. Which if it does, my god. I literally could've made a better one in Microsoft notepad, without internet.

So, if you want to play for 3ish hours of pure pummeling by several level 30-40 and the occasional 50 in quick play, just to have the CHANCE at more even matchmaking, this is the game for you. I just literally couldn't stomach more than an hour of playing against players that were 30-35 levels higher than me, and losing every match 4 fold. EVERY. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. MATCH.

So therefore, until that ♥♥♥♥ gets fixed, I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone. It's pretty, it could be good! But right now? It's ♥♥♥♥.
