J'ai aucun soucis de saccades sur Skyrim, ça tourne sans problème chez moi tu as du te tromper de personne.

salut , je viens de tomber sur un de tes post mentionnant des soucis de saccade sur skyrim,
as tu trouvé la solution?
j'ai les meme soucis pourtant j'ai une config pas degueu ...

I don't know it depends on the router you have. And opening the ports didn't change anything at that time most of my crashes were due to my connexion or because I had not enough RAM.

No the router by itself won't change anything in fact I didn't need to open the ports. I just opened them because I had a lot of problems playing online but the problem was just my bad connexion to the internet. And just to clarify, GTA Online is probably the worst online game you can try when it comes to network architecture and netcode. Even with the best connexion (ie FTTH up to 1Gb/s) you will allways experience desynch, You will have a lot of difficulties to join friend's lobbies and you will be pushed out of your lobby for no reason.
