I played with him once, it was pleasurable. He demonstrated his ability to move his mouse rapidly and aim for the pressure points of enemies. Some constructive criticism would be, try to press the buttons on the bomb to plant it faster. Things that you do well: overcommunicate, team damage, gathering information once dead.

This is the kind of player you want on your team. He did grenade me, but it was an accident, I forgave him because I am nice. We went on to lose the game, great player and great impact.
