i waited 13 years for this and it did not disappoint

If you don't want to spend money, getting even a single SR card becomes a painfully slow grind that takes all the fun out of the game. And if a card you need isn't obtainable except through the Master Pack, there's no way to get it other than to have incredibly good luck, even if you can somehow afford to pull over and over again.

What's more, to pull from nearly every pack in the first place, you have to spend a second in-game currency to craft one of the cards in it, unlocking the pack for a day. There's really no reason for Konami to do this other than pure, simple greed.

I genuinely don't understand why anyone enjoys this game

Just do it.

This is the most heartwrenching game I've ever played. I love it.
