Really worth it. Best version to play Nier (though could use more Papa Nier). Not a remake, or just some HD Remaster just thoughtlessly put out like so many others. This improves the combat, load times, frames, and graphics. It also includes a whole new section during Part 2 and a brand new ending giving more connection to the sequel.

Well worth it! Please give Drakengard series the same treatment!

You want a damn review, here's one from two in the damn morning. You got friends right? you let them create the lobby right? Decided to say yes to having them turning on all rules right? It's 11PM, and what's the worse that can happen? That's where your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up kiddo. NEXT THING you know, it's 2 am, you got work at 8, it's during the quarantine so sleep deprivation is not in your best interest. One friend decides "I wanna see how big I can make my hand" and they keep doing this ♥♥♥♥, and making your hand once it get to sub 10 to now being +25. Like ♥♥♥♥ me, there is no winners here, it's just an endless circlejerk of passing cards, and who the ♥♥♥♥ plays the 7-0 rules, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bastards who want you to stay up late, that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who. I swear to god, I wanted to end it all. Then the saving grace came in, the friend who started this ♥♥♥♥'s game crashed cause their PC had been running UNO for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 3 hours straight on one match. So you and your other friend frantically try to end the game now it's just you two and two dumbass bots. BUT GOD LOVES HIS COMEDIES, SO THEN YOUR GAME CRASHES, YOU REEEEE INTO OBLIVION SPEWING ♥♥♥♥ EVERYWHERE AS THE LAST REMAINING FRIEND JUST SAYS ♥♥♥♥ IT, AND QUITS. A 3 hour game MACKENZIE, A 3 HOUR GAME CAUSE OF YOU, ALL FOR NOTHING.

The UI is decent, plenty of variety in rules and customizations, and both local and online modes work really well.

10/10 Would recommend.

Wonderful game that doesn't wear out its pace or ends too abruptly.

Gameplay is a mix between Dark Souls and Metroidvania (latter being exploration upon experience and ability unlocks in the game while the former is for the fighting mechanics).

Don't let the Dark Souls mention hinder you as this is by the far the easiest entry in that style of gameplay and that includes playing this on higher difficulty so if you ever wanted to get into soulsborne, this is a pleasant starter.

Story is nicely done, etching itself into the lore while paying tributes to events preceding it and carefully ensuring its place in not to break future continuity with the Skywalker Saga.

Con: Everyone is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to ya for some reason, I don't recommend it
