I have to say for someone on a site called Nerd fitness. You can't be straight up deceiving people. Saying you can lose 10 lbs in a week makes you sound like an infomercial. If you're 450 lbs and cut your sodium intake you might lose 10 lbs of water. At most you can create a 1k calorie defecite a day if being healthy.
