I've only played through the first level, and I'm already in love with the environment of this game and the freedom within it. If you watched the trailers and thought it would be a lot of fun, then you'll probably have a lot of fun. I feel as though this game is only rated AO because of the place the game puts you in. The gore and violence is not the issue; the issue is that the violence is sadistic in nature. However, you don't really need a skewed moral compass to be able to enjoy it. My only complaint would be that if you don't have a higher-end PC, you will experience performance issues. Overall, it is well worth the buy at full cost.
