I have completed every Disgaea game released on steam. Prior to playing Disgaea 6, Disgaea 2 was my least favorite. Now that honor belongs to Disgaea 6. I understand that converting everything from 2D to 3D is a huge undertaking but to it's ridiculous to not include features that have been in every Disgaea since the 2nd game and expect to charge $70. Everything about this game seems rushed. The animations are very stiff and lack polish. The story is the worst, and they pad the game heavily with you fighting the same antagonist over and over again. There is a whole chapter where that's all you fight in all 5 parts.

Don't get me started on the DLC. At the very least, it seems they could have used clips from previous games for voicing for these characters, but instead use voice actors that don't sound anything like their counter parts (outside of Laharl, Etna, and Flonne obviously.)

I really want to like this game. I like the idea behind it, I enjoyed the characters, it's just missing so much of what makes a Disgaea game Disgaea.

With that being said, it's not all bad. The graphics are better, the characters are interesting. I was invested in the story up until the last 4 Chapters or so. It's not terrible, but with Disgaea 5 they raised the bar pretty high, hopefully we'll get a better game with Disgaea 7.

As it stands now, catch this game when it eventually goes on sale.

Once off the most fun and interesting rogue-likes I've ever played. The game focuses on Cadence, on a journey to find out what happened to her father after we went missing in search of a mysterious golden loot. You traverse through five levels of the crypt, each with their own boss to learn more about the story. It has a unique mechanic in comparison to other rogue-likes in that you can only move to the beat of the music, which is amazing by the way as it was produced by the legendary Danny Baranowsky.

I cannot recommend this game enough! Buy it now!

I've been playing No Man's Sky since the beginning. I'm sure everyone is aware of the dumpster fire known as No Man's Sky's launch. Initially the game was buggy, lacked in promised features, and had no real goal to speak of. Over the course of a year, Hello Games has released a number of patches and content updates to try and deliver on what was promised. With the release of version 1.3 - Atlas Rises I believe they are getting extremly close to their original vision and are delivering on what they originally promised.

If you are on the fence about picking up No Man's Sky, I recommend you giving a try. The difference between the game we got at launch and the game we have now is night and day, and it's only going to get better.

If you enjoy games like Havest Moon, you'll fall in love with Stardew Valley. The game, at least for me, is less about the farming and more about the relationships you develop with other town people. Stardew Valley holds a special place in my heart and would recommend anyone to pick this game up immediatly!
