I'm playing this game on a 2080. You heard me right, the minimum specs on the store page.

It f##king runs. It's playable. Those who are complaining with better gear than me are lying to you or overreacting at an fps counter that says 57 FPS instead of 60 --which if that is you, shut up.
I've played solo which I did not notice any negatives.
I've played multiplayer, I have not had *any* disconnects despite gaming for long hours with another.
But release day 1, I did notice stuttering in multiplayer when you use harlowe's wave pulsing ult // when there was a lot going on, on screen all at once. Only when *there was alot going on, on screen*

If anything my complaint is that with "lighting" in graphics settings while on minimum, Makes the game looks extremely dark to "where you'd want a flash light" so keep that setting on high so that you can see.

I have noticed stuttering/issues [only in multiplayer]

This game seems to be a return to form to me for Borderlands as a whole, Guns feel good to use again. It's jokes have been funny and I'm addicted. I've seen the game run butter smooth for streamers with high end rigs and though my experience isn't quite that at minimum specs its still playable, despite whatever else you read in the review section.

Worth it.

Do you like animal crossing?
Did you play Snackworld on the Switch?
Did you play this game on 3DS?

Lots to do & explore

Thank you, Irene

No but really this game is fantastic, love the music, the visuals, 100%'d everything outside of co-op stuff because finding friends to play with me is difficult. I'd play through the game again, I enjoyed nearly every aspect of it. Only almost soft locked once, The Crystals that light the Sea Docarri dungeon were submerged and wouldn't raise back up, fixed by going to another save and trying again.. Was the only real bug I noticed though.

I always knew those Squirrels were up to no good, watching us with sniper rifles and other weaponry

No but really this game is better than I was expecting, Lots of fun to be had.

I have 2 complaints, both of which could probably be addressed in a patch:

1. Using a controller, Currently it feels extremely sensitive to even mild control stick tapping, especially when driving a car. *Pro tip: Use the "slow time" skill while driving.
(KB & Mouse worked great though)

2. Game Music might be a little bit shorter than it probably should be, which for me made it seem more repetitive than it probably is.. I ended up muting it and playing my own music by the end as a result, that being said this did not detract from my overall experience.

Edit* Expect a solid 4-6 hours from this, I could see this being a fun speedrun game someday

This game does not have level ups
In which case, stat leveling is very important.

It's not that this is a bad game,
Loved the art style. Just things are more hidden than they needed to be, you really have to put in work to find what you wanted to find - I must stress this point - Too much work, to the point where its right infront of you and its still really hard to tell that its there.

I wish there was more to mech combat, it seems over simplified to where its boring.
If given the chance, I would have avoided it completely cause of how its setup. Unfortunately with no level ups and how important stats are in the game.. That isn't plausible, I don't think.

I guess I went into my pre-order, hoping the Mech combat would resemble classics like Xenogears, but it comes nowhere near it and falls short of even non-mech combat.

Lots of skills early on become next to useless late because quite simply a skill that does the same thing, better pops up..
Which in a game like this where each level you place on the stat page (at least for a casual playthrough) matters.

Because again there is no traditional "LEVEL UP +HP +DMG +DEF +LUCK" whatever of a traditional RPG, Its just "You gained a skill point for killing this unique monster :) "

I'd rather have level ups - - its a personal preference thing, that in this case did not fit my preference.

This is among the best of games, I have ever played.
The only downside to this game is how criminally unknown by the masses it is.

If you enjoy Castlevania-style games but with lore, this is one to play

If i'm being completely honest with myself,
This literally is better than Chrono Trigger.

Which is amazing, considering it's just Keizo (Indie dev) behind the game for the most part.
I'll definitely be giving his other game "Magicus" a shot, sometime later.
Though I think that game came before this, so not expecting it to be as good as this was.
There wasn't a thing I didn't like about this game.
I enjoyed the grind, I enjoyed the story.. Just ugh, what an absolute pleasure to play.

If I had to nitpick, i'm not sure if Keyboard controls are rebind-able, but really a non-issue as using a controller was fantastic. I'm so glad I randomly came across the demo to this and tried it out. From start to finish it kept me interested, Near perfect game and it was all done mostly by one guy over the course of 14 years...

I also went for the grind, acquired all of the legendary loot at the time of writing this, it took me 67 (rounded) hours.
I haven't done the post-game content yet, probably do that tomorrow.

I can't recommend this game enough.

It is something I think about, even when I played it months ago.
It was something I craved to play, the next day. I even had dreams about it.

It has music by "Vindsvept," check him out. He's astonishing. "Onward" is probably amongst my favorite of his songs.

The level design itself is a puzzle. The game isn't too easy, It's very easy to get lost and just.. Be lost in it.
It's the complete experience. It feels so good. I can't really compare how I felt playing this to something else.
Close to a masterpiece for me.

I love this game. Thank you Andrew Willman. If you ever make another I'll be sure to play it.
