The Ai can be a bit frustrating and Ghandi still loves to nuke people. They completely changed the city state system as well as the goverment system. I find both of these changes interesting, however they could have done it better, But I guess that's what we have mods for. The art style is a almost like a hyrid of Civ Rev and Civ 4, No complaints there. Different victory conditions have been added to the generic ones for example a religious victory and they've simplified the space victory a bit. They took tourism and culture from BNW and copied almost to the letter with great works slots and archeology. They've also added another feature found in Civ Rev which is merging units into more powerful versions of themselves. Unit-Corp-Army(1-2-3). This feature however is introduced very late in the game. They've also edited the combat quite a bit by adding new support units that allow for special abilities. Ex-Siege Towers(Allow for damage to go directly to the city instead of the walls and the city) Civ 6 is good. If you love the Civilization series. I would definately buy it. I would give the game an 8/10.

This is my first venture into the total war series. I played the Imperial campaign as House Julii. I started around 4pm one night and I immediately went to work against the Gauls. I moved into France and conquered it with pretty light resistance. I moved then to spain to finish off the Gaulic empire. I then went to work on the rest of the Iberian peninsula after a long and bloody campaign of death and carnage. I atleast masscred 3/4s of the population of Spain to deal with unrest. After this I waited. Built infrastructure, refined my army and commanders and moved 4 full armies of Princeps,Triarii,Archers and light cavarly, to the border of Germania poised to attack. However they sensed my imminent betrayal and made a suprise attack against my armies. This led me into a long 50 year stalemate with them, until the scythians from the west distracted them enought to where I pushed and took their capital with heavy losses. I masscred the population of Germania as well to settle unrest in the region. The Scythians not willing to give me any rest invaded and took many of the outlying cities of former Germania. I being sick of the fighting for the time being Charged them and crushed all resistance with my meager armies pushed them back. After a while of this I captured their capital and moved my capital to the former German capital to cause less unrest amoung my citizens. I then moved all my armies into place over the other houses borders of Greece and North Africe. Staged a coup against the Roman republic and crush any and all resistance making myself the emperor of the new empire. Carpe Dium. I love this game and I'm going to check out the other Total War titles and purchase them, for anyone who wants a good strategy game, You've come to the right place.
