Management is very lackluster. Some classes get you banned just for playing it because of coding (?). Not sure why but playing Beast Tamer can get you banned. They'll break classes and won't fix it for several patches. They give out so much compensation because of server instability, playing inconsistencies, and errors in general. Very fun game but management chooses short term profits over player satisfaction.

Also, bring back party play, PQ's, and more team play. Game is basically solo play.
