I purchased Astroneer long ago when No Man's Sky originally turned out to be a flop on launch (also a good game now). Astroneer filled that need for a calm and relaxing space adventure game that NMS failed to fill at the time, and the game has only gotten better over the years. I highly recommend this game if you are thinking about getting it.

Like many of poeple, I typically wait for games to go on sale before purchasing them. This is because very few modern games, in my eyes, are worth the obscene price the developers/publishers ask for. Not to mention the season pass and whatever delux garbage they feel like charging extra for. However, Prey is one of the few games that I believe is well worth the full price, and very deserving of my write-in nomination. Prey actually has a quality story, which is something that most developers have given up on because (cue whiny dev sounds) "they are too expensive to make," opting instead for grind-y multiplayer that makes me utterly miserable. And that is why Prey is an amazing game.
