Basically, this was meant to be a pay for DLC, and free if you bought Ultimate Edition. However, that changed. But the assets you get in this asset pack is pretty cool. I wish it added beaches but you don't need beaches now that you have access to ALL of the props, assets, and surfaces including the sand as part of a free update to the base game, so you don't need this to include beaches anymore. The palm trees provide a nice finishing touch and the buildings included are amazing! I'd probably call this more of a coastal DLC than a beach DLC though, but it's cool!

It's an ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Yes, I do know the difference between a thumbs up and a thumbs down before you ask me that. So, anyways, you get (hover over the covered text to see) THE Golden Gate Bridge, and a San Francisco map in this DLC, oh and the small details like a Muscle Car Garage, 5 different muscle Car models and a police vehicle, and it is a scam for, what, like 36 quid if you buy this DLC on it's own! But I bought Ultimate Edition, and this was pretty impressive and it was a nice welcoming to when I first launched the game, very nice to launch something for the first time and already have some new features, isn't it?
this is a scam if you buy this on its own, but a very good deal if you buy Ultimate Edition, considering that this was released with the game release they have done a good job!
