This game has more going on than you'd think at first glance. I'm enjoying it, and it's clear the devs intend on expanding it further which is nice.

The humor and world-building alone is reason enough to grab this game. It's pretty hilarious. I haven't even progressed that far into the game and I'm so many hours in because there is so much going on, so much to observe and laugh at/about.

Loved it.

That ending was hilariously unexpected.

I got the safe ending. I feel like I did something wrong.

Can we please get a sequel/new one/ DLC of this game? I really really enjoyed the concept and gameplay of this. PLEASE

A close friend told me this game was getting absolutely ♥♥♥♥ on, which was really upsetting because I have been waiting for it since the moment it was advertised, which feels like ages ago.
So you know what? For once I was like '♥♥♥♥ it'. It can be very hit or miss and black/white with reviews. They can bring up fair criticism and gripes and be super helpful, but these days it almost feels standard for games to have a few issues at launch the more complicated their mechanics tend to be, so I just avoided reviews and went in blind.

When I tell you I have been loving this game fully this entire time??!?!

This game is entertaining, endearing and I love how it rewards curiosity and exploration. I feel like I keep discovering new things, the crafting of weapons is really neat, the combat and fighting styles have a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it they're very cool.
When I game I always go off the designated path in search of easter eggs or treasure and this game seriously rewards my trash panda/goblin sensibilities [lol].

I feel bad for developers these days.
Imagine pouring literally years into your life into a passion project only for it to get ♥♥♥♥ on ad disregarded immediately without a second thought.
Couldn't be me. I APPRECIATE YA'LL!!!

I hope the people enjoying this game speak up more, because it would be a real shame for people to rob themselves of this experience based on others putting it down.
I personally am having a lot of fun with this game, more fun than I've had with a game in a while, I've already said that but it needs to be said again, because they found a way to balance the game-play in such a way that it's a fun open world game without the stress I feel from a lot of other open world games.
It's very relaxing, and beautiful and I love the world building. The narrator's voice is super calming and he feels like an ever-present companion. He literally makes things feel less lonely during long treks, and sometimes I prefer traveling the full way on foot rather than fast traveling just for that experience. [You know how people hated Navi at first?]

Like I will be on my way to one designation and get distracted by at least 4 other things, be it random encounters, the beauty of the world, a hidden area to explore, a newly discovered environment so on and so forth.

Also this game would be crazy with multiplayer. O_O Perhaps that's something that'll come in the future.

Anyway, I don't often make reviews on here, but this game definitely deserves one. I look forward to what more this studio has to offer in terms of expanding/enhancing this title and then some.
I'm really happy that I didn't allow anything or anyone to color my expectations or experience of this game.
More people owe it to themselves to do that.

When I saw this offered on Playstation Plus, I didn't think much of it, and downloaded it to play along with a few other games for the hell of it.

Boy was I tremendously,pleasantly surprised.
Blown away!
You'll find that from the very start of this game, there is a reocurring theme that you don't start to really appreciate until the game unfolds.

Near the offset of the game, the controls can be a bit disorienting at first, but you get used to them.

This game was brilliantly directed, the art is amazing and the gameplay and puzzles offer a unique challenge for one's coordination.
Even though there aren't multiple endings available, the gameplay, the heavy story and the music make the replay value of this game pretty high to me, which isn't always the case for this manner of adventure game.
Not to mention you begin to reflect upon things, and notice things you may not have noticed the first time through.
Even the way the game highlights the differences in the brother's personalities in the way they interact with the world is incredible.
The scenerie, the imagery the different adventures you experience are amazing. You'll never want it to end.

Also after you've beaten the game, it becomes even more intriguing when you read about the creator and his life, inspirations and aspirations:

TLDR: I was able to play this game and completely beat it for free via Playstation Plus.

It was so moving to me that I bought a copy on Steam so I could review it.
This title is certainly an experience, especially for those going into it not expecting much due to unfamiliarity.

This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing.
