After loading the main menu where you need to select a new game or continue, the game freezes and a black screen appears, but the music plays and I can choose the options to exit the game or continue, but I don’t see it and after a couple of minutes the game itself crashes to the desktop without error. This happened after I turned on DirectX12 with rtx, I wanted to put the rays on the lantern and the game asked me to restart and then the thing that I described above started to happen

hey there, im playing on Pc and since day one i have not been able to connect to anyone's game, not friends not strangers nothing, and no one is helping about this major issue...
