If you want a true custom wallpaper, I'd say this is the way to go, I could find just about anything I wanted, highly recommend.

Very fun game for anyone who likes history, not to mention the amount of mods for it, I'd recommend this game to anyone who even slightly likes history.

Good game until you have to start fighting Israel with their super Sherman with a heat shell with 400mm pen.
Update: 400mm pen is nothing compared to higher BRs
