Love it.
Don't know about any FPS problems. I have GTX 960, and i have stable 60 with peak 90 FPS.
Gameplay is great, combat against drones interesting.
To stay alive you have to keep moving so you can collect resources for fixes and upgrades.
-EDIT-
There is one thing that is bothering me. Everytime you switch tasks and set the game down on taskbar you cannot re-enter the game, you have to close it and start up again, so be sure to save before alt-tabbing.
