The controls and frustrations (e.g. water bucket dispenser gives a body part) both do a bit too much to make it hard to complete your task. Between that and the physics it can be quite irritating and annoying to try to clean a zone completely, and not in a "fair challenge" way but in a way that feels like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The only satisfying action to me is mopping, but since you have to keep traipsing across the map to get buckets which fall over and/or run out constantly it's even frustrating to do this since the water bucket dispensers cannot be moved. Any joy you can derive is wasted since there's no payoff for completing the mission. Unless you want to clean for its own sake and don't mind surgeon simulator style frustration along the way this may not be for you.

This is an excellent game, if a bit clunky to use the UI/controls for. Realistic but not so realistic as to be no fun. Challenging but not so challenging as to be no fun. The only thing that's a bit too punishing IMO is that once you're infected you're entirely SOL without mods, and bites are *100%* chance. One little mistake and your run ends. That aside, this is one of the most in-depth zombie survival simulations that has ever been released and the addition of multiplayer has given it a new dimension to explore both cooperatively and competitively. I've been following it since I bought it in 2013 and I'm very glad it has kept its steam and powered forward because it has gotten better every time I check in (except I do miss the old tutorial, lmao).

This is an excellent, though quite challenging, game. It is well designed, keeps to a simple and well-executed tech tree, and a good balance of resource types. You have to manage the combination of defense, offense, and expansion to get more resources properly to beat each map type.

There are not words for how replayable and good this game is - it is a masterpiece with excellent ambiance, lore, complexity, and variation.

Still early access, but already excellent. Needs polish but it looks like it will be a worthy successor to Warband, which is quite a high bar.

Lots of potential, but this is basically a beta release - chock full of bugs. Ships disappear from the construction queue taking your money. Ships get stuck in other ships or stations. Some of the (very few and not very informative) tutorials suddenly stop and break without finishing. There are quests that seem impossible to complete and don't explain (sabotage station defenses, for example). Between all of this crap I'm starting to regret buying the game.

This would be fine for early access, but it takes some balls to release something in this state and call it a release build.

Titan Quest: Post-Apocalyptic Edition - ♥♥♥♥ yes, please.

Has potential, but it's clunky and not receiving enough attention - waste of money.

This is pretty damn amazing. I'm 3 hours into the story and haven't tried any other modes yet, and I'm already impressed.

I wanted to like this - I like what it aspires to do - but I don't like it. It seems overly easy, and overly linear. Clear out a floor -> loot it -> next floor. Meh.
